The Interherb-GingisolPlusis the improved and concentrated version of the well-known and popular Gingisol gingival solution, which has been on the market for more than a decade. We added to the ingredients the potent anti-inflammatory myrrh extract and antibacterial cinnamon oil. This new product provides active protection against common oral cavity complaints and it helps in treatment of unpleasant symptoms resulting from periodontosis ( wasting of gum ). It efficiently decreases gingival sensitivity and mucosal lesions resulting from use of dental prostheses. In the natural and high active agent-containing Gingisol Plus gingival solution the analgesic and desinfectant-anti-inflammatory effect act in a synergetic way.

Indications are the following

- in case of painful, inflamed teeth and gum

- decreasing sensitivity resulting from periodontosis ( wasting of gum )

- treatment of painful injury resulting from use of a dental prosthesis

- treatment of aphthas and aphthous ulcers

Patient information

Before starting to use this product read this patient information through carefully. With this over-the-counter therapeutic supplement you can treat mild complaints without medical supervision. But for optimal efficacy it should be used very carefully and as it is recommended. Keep this patient information leaflet because you may need the provided information later.

Data concerning the effects:
Therapeutic supplement. The antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and mild anaesthetic effects of the ingredients are evidenced by traditional uses and research data.

What are the active agents of this product?
Active agents:
0,180 g chamomille tincture (Chamomillae tinctura), 0,180 g myrrh tincture (Myrrhae tinctura), 0,036g clove oil (Caryophylli floris aetheroleum)/g

Adjuvants:
0,010 g cinnamon oil (Cinnamomi cassiae aetheroleum), 0,002 g menthol (Levomentholum)/g

What else does this product contain?
Excipients:
glycerin, ethanol, vanillin.

What are the indications of this product?

- painful, inflamed teeth and gum

- decreasing sensitivity resulting from periodontosis ( wasting of gum )

- treatment of painful injury resulting from use of a dental prosthesis

- treatment of aphthas and aphthous ulcers

What are the contraindications?
Application is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to chamomille or to other herbs ( milfoil, black wormwood ) from the aster ( Asteraceae ) family, because cross-sensitivity may occur. Application is also contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to any other component of this product.

Can this product be applied by children?
There are no sufficient safety data concerning safe application in this population. Due to this fact application of this product is NOT recommended under the age of 12.

Can this product be applied with other medications?
There are no known interactions with other medications.

Can this product be applied during pregnancy and breast-feeding?
There are no sufficient safety data concerning safe application in this population. Due to this fact application of this product is NOT recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

How should this product be applied?
Put one-two drops of the solution onto a small cotton-wool pad and apply it to the oral cavity, the gum, neck of the teeth or to any parts of the teeth 2-4 times daily. Apply the Gingisol Plus solution every time AFTER brushing your mouth and teeth. For rinsing the mouth put 15-20 drops of solution to 2 dl of water. ( 1 ml solution=45 drops. )

What are the adverse effects of this product?
Rarely hypersensitivity to chamomille may occur. In a few instances patients experienced anaphylactic shock or asthmatic seizure. In case of hypersensitivity to menthol allergic skin reactions ( burning sensation, ulcerative symptoms ) may occur on the surrounding area of lips.

Further important information:
For prevention of unpleasant symptoms, try to avoid contact with eyes. In case the solution contacts with eyes, wash it with huge amount of water

For how long can this product be applied?
For disinfection of the oral cavity it can be used for a longer period. After 3 months of application you should take one month break.

Does application of this product influence driving ability or jobs with accidental risk?
Application of this product does not influence any of these abilities.

Store at room temperature ( maximum: 250C-on), protecting from light
