INTENSIVE WEIGHT CONTROL NIGHT FIBER formula active ingredients:

INTENSIVE WEIGHT CONTROL DAY (purple pill):
elderberry (Sambucus nigra) extract; Garcinia cambogia crop extract; choline bitartrate;  filler materials: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract; anti caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide; sodium selenite; pepper (Piper nigrum) extract (BioPerine®); chromium chloride; polishing material: palm oil; biotin.
INTENSIVE WEIGHT CONTROL NIGHT (transparent capsule):
plantains (Plantago ovata) seed grist; chitosan; guar gum; capsule shell((hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agents: gellan gum)); inulin; Senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaf extract; anti caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colloidal silicon dioxide; filler material: microcrystalline cellulose; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil; Peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil.

Recommended daily intake:
Take 2x1 purple pill before main meals (DAY formula), take 1x2 transparent capsule before dinner (NIGHT formula). Take them 20-30 minutes before meals with a huge glass of water. Due to the fiber’s water retaining ability it is recommended to pay attention to proper water consumption (min. 1,5-2 l liquid daily)!
