SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION:

During the day before meals 2x1 purple tablets (DAY formula), in the evening before dinner 1x2 clear capsules (NIGHT formula). Take the preparations with a large glass of water 20-30 minutes before main meals. The fibers have a high fluid-binding capacity, so it is recommended to maintain a proper fluid intake (min. 1.5-2 l fluid per day)!
