Directions for use
1. Shake
Dissolve (with thorough mixing or shaker) two measuring spoons (33 g) of powder in 2.5 dl of cold water, leave to stand for 1 minute, then drink! Cheers! You will find the measuring spoon in the bag.
2. Pudding
The 2 tablespoons (33g) of shake mixed with 2 dl of cold water will thicken into a fabulous pudding in 5-10 minutes. Enjoy it spooned or tossed with your favorite fruits!Consume it chilled.
