Gluten free bread flour with real white bread taste for simple bread baking at home. Its nutritious and tasteful ingredients are selected for the needs of those following a specific diet: contains the well-known complex carbohydrates from gluten free diet (Corn starch, rice flour), valuable fibers (psyllium husk), plant protein (pea Protein) and a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Ingredients 1 pc bread:

250g GLUTEN FREE Bread flour mix
5g dried yeast
2 tbs. olive oil
220 ml lukewarm water

 

Preparation instructions: Add the olive oil, dried yeast and lukewarm water to the weighed flour mixture and after thorough kneading let it rest in a covered bowl for 10 minutes at room temperature. Shape a larger bread with oily hands and make some incisions on top with a knife and place in a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 220  degrees C, then turn it down to 180 degrees and insert the baking tray and use the steam function for the first ten minutes of baking (or place hot water under the baking tray in a heat-resistant pan). After baking for 10 minutes, turn off the steam function, or carefully remove the hot water pan and then insert small holes into bread with a knife to allow the hot steam to escape. Leave the oven at 180 degrees for another 45 minutes until the crust turns into nice brown, then check with a needle if the inside is also ready. The given baking times are only indicative.

 

Feel free to experiment with making smaller or larger breads, baguettes, buns. In this case rise or reduce the time of baking time or vary the amount of ingredients proportionally.

 

Ingredients: Corn starch, white rice flour, dextrose, pea protein, Himalayan crystal salt, psyllium husk flour, stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guaran).
