Thanks to the aromatic compounds of cinnamon, it is an essential spice of our favourite cakes and cookies. The examinations which have recently come to the front highlighted its health-preserving role. Based on these cinnamon plays a role in maintaining normal blood glucose level, contributes to digestion and to maintaining normal gastric functions, participates in formation of ’good cholesterol’ (HDL). The added chromium plays an important role in metabolism of macronutrients and in maintaining normal blood glucose level.

200mg extract is identical with 2000mg cinnamon grid.

Ingredients/capsule:

200mg cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylonicum)) extract, gelatine, filler material: microcrystalline cellulose, excipients that prevent aggregation: magnesium stearate, talc, colloidal silicone dioxide, colorant: titanium dioxide, ferrous oxide yellow, ferrous oxide red, chromium chloride.

Cinnamon extract: 200.00mg

Chromium: 60µg RDA*%: 150%

*RDA: recommended dietary allowance for adults expressed in %

200mg extract is identical with 2000mg cinnamon grid.

Recommended intake: take 1 capsule daily. Take it after your lunch and swallow it without chewing but with some fluid. We recommend its continuous consumption for 2-3 months, after this you should take minimum 1 month break.

Warning:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking this dietary supplement does not substitute balanced, mixed diet and healthy lifestyle. It is not recommended for those who are sensitive to cinnamon. The Cinnanomum cassia/ zeylonicum may contain significant amount of coumarin, so please avoid taking it if you are on anticoagulant therapy or if you are receiving hormone replacement therapy.
