Beetroot became one of the crucial ingredients of reform meals due to its red colorant and rich iron content. The valuable extract used in our capsules is of 10-fold concentration. The added folic acid and the iron from an organic source play an important role in red blood cell and haemoglobin production and this way in normal haematopoiesis. They take part in cell division and they contribute to normal immune functions. The iron helps to preserve mental freshness and provides oxygen transport in the system.

Ingredients/capsule:

Beetroot extract (10:1), gelatine, filler material: microcrystalline cellulose, ferrous fumarate, excipients that prevent aggregation: magnesium stearate, talc, colloidal silicone dioxide, colorant: titanium dioxide, folic acid anhydrate.

Beetroot extract: 200 mg
Iron: 28 mg RDA* 200%
Folic acid: 0.4 mg RDA* 200%

RDA*: Recommended Dietary Allowance reference values for adults expressed in %.

The 200 mg extract found in 1 capsule is identical with 2000 mg beetroot powder.

Recommended intake: take 1 capsule daily, after your main meal and sallow with some fluid but without chewing. The elderly and vegetarians are allowed to take it continuously. Taking this dietary supplement is recommended for women during their period and for 1 week after menstruation.
